Staff Engineer

About the role

In this role, you will engage with customers, work on electrical design, and collaborate with megawatt data center generators. You will be involved in new product development and creating test plans. As a technical mentor, you will support engineering best practices and drive the successful execution of product development from concept through launch.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Work on electrical design projects, particularly focusing on megawatt data center generators.
• Develop new products and create comprehensive test plans.
• Serve as a technical mentor to support engineering best practices.
• Drive successful product development execution from concept through launch.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, Solidworks, Creo, and Windchill.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with AutoCAD Electrical, Solidworks, and Creo.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in new product development.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in creating test plans for megawatt generators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
