Role Scope

• Own day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HV and MV electrical systems: utility feeds, transformers, switchgear, generators, ATS/STS, UPS, PDUs, RPPs, and busway.
• Develop, review, and execute MOPs, EOPs, and AOPs for planned and emergency electrical work, and coordinate third-party contractors and vendors on site.
• Monitor EPMS and BMS for electrical performance, alarm response, and capacity tracking, and keep as-builts and one-line diagrams accurate after every modification.
• Perform design and submittal reviews, and support new construction, capacity upgrades, and site audits from an operations perspective.
• Take personal ownership of the reliability of everything connected to your single-line.

What We're Looking For

• You've come up through electrical systems in mission-critical environments and you're as comfortable in a switchgear lineup as in a design review.
• You operate and troubleshoot the full electrical stack (switchgear, generators, ATS/STS, UPS, PDUs) hands-on in a live 24/7 environment.
• You write and execute high-risk electrical MOPs and manage contractors through them safely.
• You read one-lines and submittals well enough to catch problems in design review, not just in the field.
• Bonus: Hyperscale or large data center operations. NETA and NFPA 70E. EPMS platforms. Arc-flash and electrical safety programs.

Compensation Range

$175K - $200K
