What You’ll Get To Do

  • Execute the design and development, procurement/manufacturing, and integration & test of novel flight systems across a broad spectrum of applications.
  • Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including electrical requirements development, electrical analysis for compliance with requirements, electrical interface control document generation, electrical system architecture design, electrical component selection, electrical subsystem selection, analog circuit design, and more.
  • Support system engineers with electrical design and analysis tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years with a Master’s degree, or 8+ years with a PhD in Science.
  • 2+ years of experience leading Electrical Engineering and/or technical teams.
  • 5+ years of electrical design experience for hypersonic systems, flight systems, missiles, etc.
  • An active or current Secret clearance at time of application.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with FPGA and hands-on troubleshooting of electrical hardware.
  • Experience presenting complex technical programs and concepts to non-technical personnel and customers.
  • Experience with CEM modeling tools such as HFSS.
  • Experience with cable design and testing.
  • Experience with engineering for EMI/EMC/ESD compliance, Mil-Std-464.

Work Schedule

The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
