Staff Educator - Outpatient Surgical Services

Responsibilities

• Provide new hire orientation
• Ongoing skills education
• Develop and present clinical training and continuing education
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to identify educational needs
• Participate in safety and compliance initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• RN licensure required; Master's Degree and 5-10 years of experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in OR is preferred
