Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs to enhance staff skills and patient outcomes.
• Collaborates with team members and external organizations to deliver clinical training and continuing education.
• Promotes safety, quality, and compliance through educational activities.
• Participates in professional development and promotes lifelong learning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• 2-5 years of clinical experience; RN licensure required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: 5-10 years of experience, additional certifications such as Basic Cardiovascular Life Support.

Additional Details

Work Monday-Friday, with shifts based on educational needs.
Based at hospital campus.
