Staff Digital Delivery Specialist

About the role

The Staff Digital Delivery Specialist will perform all aspects of digital project delivery, including design coordination, digital project setup, and digital procurement. This position supports critical digital delivery initiatives and integrates digital delivery standards, processes, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform design in Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination and collaborate on digital delivery initiatives.
• Develop and integrate digital delivery schedules and ensure project compliance.
• Prepare and present digital model presentations for clients.
• Execute changes to virtual reality simulations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and compile required project-related data and perform metadata audits.
• Provide digital delivery content throughout the project lifecycle.
• Estimate project budgets for digital delivery scope.
• Define and recommend digital delivery methods, procedures, and tools in collaboration with the project team.
• Apply AI literacy to automate repetitive processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in virtual design and construction, Engineering Technology, or a related field from an accredited program and 4 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams.
• Associate degree and 6 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams.
• 8 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize new software programs.
• Ability to execute and integrate digital delivery into EPC projects.
• Advanced knowledge of digital delivery software, standards, and project deliverables.
• Ability to integrate multiple BIM models across various software platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
