- Serve as the organization’s primary training and education support
- Lead the EduCare platform, standardize orientation/training programs
- Travel to communities to provide hand-on clinical training, quality assurance auditing, and supplemental training support
- Drive organizational excellence through these initiatives
- Organize and conduct community clinical support and “Flex” staffing
- Develop and maintain staff development and performance
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Nursing Supervision or Geriatric Nursing
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a Nursing Instructor and/or Education Lead
- Registered Nurse with current Minnesota RN licensure
