Specialist-Staff Development RN

About the Role

Utilizes the systematic process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide learning experiences that enhance continued competence and professional development. The nursing process forms the foundation for decision making and critical thinking and is integrated throughout educational activities. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field after degree/license obtained.
• Bachelor’s degree (required). Master’s degree (preferred).
• Computer literacy.
• ANCC Board Certification (preferred).
• RN licensure (required).
• BLS Instructor certification within 90 days of hire (required).
• ACLS and PALS instructor certification (preferred).
