Staff Data Scientist, Finance & Business Ops

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting tooling, from data pipeline to user interface
• Design and implement user-facing features to improve internal tools
• Drive AI adoption within Finance and BizOps, translating capabilities into practical tools
• Stay abreast of AI research to identify future opportunities
• Set AI strategy, guiding executive decisions on investments and technology adaptation
• Deliver finance analytics, assisting in key reporting and diagnostics tasks
• Foster cross-functional partnerships and communicate effectively across teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, or applied ML
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree is a plus
• Strong applied background in time-series forecasting and quantitative analysis
• Demonstrated ability to build internal web tools and dashboards effectively
