Staff Data Scientist, Ads Delivery

For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Staff Data Scientist to join their Ads Delivery team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, partnering with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to drive data-driven execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the company’s ads delivery, quantifying opportunities and risks
• Lead projects on Ads Delivery across different funnel stages
• Design and productionize scalable ML and evaluation frameworks
• Advocate for best-in-class experimentation and metric design
• Collaborate across disciplines to translate complex data questions into insights
• Mentor and guide junior and senior scientists

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in web-scale data environments
• Deep expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and causal inference
• Strong product intuition with the ability to solve ambiguous business problems
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of mentoring data talent at the senior level
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams towards shared goals
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Pay

$164,695 – $339,078 annually
