Staff Data Analyst

About the role

Boulevard is seeking a Lead/Staff Product Analyst to build out the Product Intelligence function. This role will help define and implement the data foundation for the product, provide data-driven recommendations, and create self-serve dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Development to define data collection and analysis models
• Develop data-driven recommendations to inform strategy and drive action
• Create scalable, intuitive dashboards for independent exploration and strategic decision-making
• Conduct deep-dive and exploratory analyses to understand customer behavior and product performance
• Communicate insights to product and leadership teams effectively

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data or product analytics
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Sigma
• Experience designing and executing product instrumentation strategies
• Expertise in building dashboards and visualizations using platforms like Sigma, Looker, Tableau
• Experience working directly with product managers and leaders
• Ability to design and execute deep-dive analyses across the product lifecycle
• Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Experience

• Evaluating or implementing product analytics tooling such as Amplitude, Mixpanel
