Staff CPE Engineer (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Develop the IT roadmap for endpoint management and operations across multiple countries
• Design zero-touch provisioning and automated workflows for macOS and Windows devices
• Implement proactive monitoring and fleet health dashboards
• Manage software procurement, ensuring uninterrupted user access and budget adherence
• Supervise and mentor the IT support team, providing training and development
• Collaborate with various departments, including exploration and finance, on IT initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering or management with hands-on technical depth
• Strong proficiency with MDM platforms, especially Jamf and Microsoft Intune
• Familiarity with identity and access management platforms, preferably Okta
• Experience in software procurement, vendor negotiation, and license optimization
• Hands-on experience with automated provisioning and reimaging
• Proven people management skills and ability to mentor IT staff
• Strong scripting skills for automation, using languages such as Python or Bash
