Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in content design or content strategy with proven independent craft skills
- 2+ years working with direct-to-consumer digital products, demonstrated measurable impact on conversion
- Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to navigate complex narratives
- Proficient in creating clear and compelling content that simplifies complex subjects
- Able to communicate the most important messages effectively within a defined content hierarchy
- Skills in presenting ideas and collaborating in real time with team members
- Fluent in AI tools for content ideation and production with evident interest
- A collaborative approach that fosters trust among PMs, designers, and researchers
- Familiarity with Figma and regulatory requirements in life insurance
