Staff Consultant, NetSuite
About the role
Analyze complex business requirements and map business processes to NetSuite software in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction.
Assist in performing fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution.
Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and facilitate overall business process discovery.
Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Implement NetSuite solutions for clients, both remotely and in-person.
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers.
- Work alongside Senior and Principal Consultants to implement custom solutions.
- Collaborate with the in-house development team to deploy NetSuite solutions.
- Occasionally travel to client locations to support project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances.
- Contribute to internal MHI initiatives such as resource mentorship and ongoing education.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
- Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience with involvement in 3-5 end-to-end engagements.
- Active SuiteFoundations Certified and willing to pursue ERP NetSuite Certification.
Qualifications
- Willingness to develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements and dedicate time toward professional certifications.

Pay
A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - 135,000 USD. Total compensation for this role also will include a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year.
