Staff Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist responsible for delivering patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including clinical services such as antibiotic and renal dosing, warfarin management, and IV-to-PO conversions. Key duties include preparing IV admixtures, entering and verifying medication orders, participating in patient rounds, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication therapy. Essential skills involve strong clinical knowledge, communication abilities, and adherence to pharmacy laws. The role requires evaluating drug regimens, providing medication education, and supervising pharmacy personnel. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy, licensure as a Registered Pharmacist, and ideally, Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy.
