Staff Care Manager

About the role

As a Staff Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating care services for clients in need. This includes assessing client needs, arranging care providers, and ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and match them with appropriate care providers
• Arrange and coordinate care services including home health aides, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Communicate regularly with clients and their families to provide updates and address concerns
• Manage caseloads and ensure timely service delivery
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to provide comprehensive care solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nursing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare management or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience with scheduling and time management systems
• Knowledge of local healthcare resources and community services
