Staff, Business Intelligence Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and improve revenue operations efficiency
• Create automated data reconciliation and monitoring processes for accurate reporting
• Create visualizations to communicate complex data effectively to various audiences
• Build and maintain data models to support Go-To-Market strategies for informed decision-making
• Drive automation in the BI ecosystem, treating dashboards as code with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with teams across the company to understand business needs and provide analytical support
• Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement in data quality and analytics tools

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics, preferably in SaaS sales analytics
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on data modeling experience
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to align and document critical business metrics
• Proven track record in implementing data quality frameworks and testing processes, including CI/CD expertise
