About the role

Behind every Rythm member experience is a network of systems connecting our product, laboratory, logistics, and operations. As a Staff Backend Engineer, you'll help build and strengthen that foundation. You'll take ownership of complex projects from the first technical decisions through launch and whatever comes next. Since we're a small team, you'll work directly with people across the business and have a clear view of how the things you build affect our members and the teams supporting them.
