About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Services Technicians to support a large-scale desktop deployment project in Helena, MT. This role is ideal for IT professionals with hands-on experience in PC refreshes, hardware deployments, and desktop support. You will play a key role in replacing existing desktop equipment with new Lenovo Tiny desktop systems while ensuring successful network connectivity and documenting any deployment issues.

Responsibilities

• Deploy approximately 250 Lenovo Tiny desktop computers.
• Disconnect, remove, and package existing desktop hardware.
• Install, connect, and configure new desktop systems.
• Verify devices are successfully connected to the network.
• Troubleshoot basic deployment and connectivity issues.
• Document installation results and escalate unresolved issues to the client's IT team.
• Provide professional onsite support while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support, desktop support, or field services role.
• Hands-on experience with desktop deployments, PC refreshes, or hardware rollouts.
• Experience performing hardware and software migrations.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for desktop hardware and network connectivity.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced deployment environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying Lenovo desktop hardware.
• Familiarity with enterprise desktop environments.
• Previous experience supporting large-scale hardware refresh projects.

Pay

$40.00/hour

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
