We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Position Summary, Salary Range/Benefit Information, Project-Based Duties and Responsibilities, Role-Based Duties and Responsibilities, Additional Responsibilities, Other Duties, Required Education and Experience, Preferred Education and Experience, Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors, Work Conditions, etc.
We must use for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map content to these headings. The instruction: "use
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map content to these headings. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings? Probably we can choose appropriate headings from that list based on content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID etc. We must include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we need to decide which sections have substantive content.
We have:
- About the role: could be Position Summary + mission description. That's substantive.
- Responsibilities: we have Project-Based Duties and Responsibilities, Role-Based Duties and Responsibilities, Additional Responsibilities, Other Duties. So we can combine into Responsibilities section.
- Requirements: Required Education and Experience.
- Qualifications: Preferred Education and Experience? Or maybe Qualifications includes both required and preferred? Could separate but we have limited headings. Could use Qualifications for preferred? But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Required and Preferred into Requirements and Qualifications? Let's think.
We have Skills: Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors.
Benefits: Salary Range/Benefit Information includes benefits description and salary range. So we can have Benefits section (including benefits) and Pay section (salary). However instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Benefits and Pay into one Benefits section? But they said use headings like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could have Benefits (including benefits description) and Pay (salary range). That's two sections.
Schedule: not mentioned, so omit.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. The salary range includes "starting salary $66,000" and "Salary range, commensurate with years of experience..." That's somewhat filler but we have actual starting salary. We can include Pay section with that.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details from each part.
We must remove boilerplate like EEO statements duplicated, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, application instructions (cover letter etc). Also remove duplicated lines. The posting includes EEO statement twice; we should remove duplicates but keep maybe one? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove EEO statements entirely. Also remove "Note SeniorLAW Center has a mandatory COVID vaccination policy..." maybe that's not boilerplate? It's a policy; could be considered legal? Might be considered work condition? It's a specific policy; maybe keep under Work Conditions? But it's about vaccination; could be considered Work Conditions. However we might keep it under Work Conditions as it's a condition. But the instruction says remove legal/EEO boilerplate; vaccination policy maybe not EEO. It's a health policy; could stay.
Also "All applications should include a cover letter and resume, a professional writing sample, and at least three (3) professional references." That's application instructions; remove.
We need to preserve substantive info: Position Summary, mission, benefits, salary, duties (client-related, role-based, additional responsibilities, other duties), required education/experience, preferred education/experience, required knowledge/skills/abilities, work conditions (office environment, physical demands, vaccination policy). Also maybe "Project-Based Duties and Responsibilities" and "Role-Based Duties and Responsibilities" we can combine under Responsibilities.
We need to avoid thin sections: maybe we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Work Conditions. That's 8 sections; maybe okay if each substantive.
But we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But we have headings list includes both; we could use both if they have content. Required Education and Experience is substantive; Preferred Education and Experience also substantive. So we can have Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred). That's fine.
Skills: Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors.
Benefits: benefits description.
Pay: salary range.
Work Conditions: office environment, physical demands, vaccination policy.
We must not include Schedule.
Now we need to format using for each section heading, then content in
for each section heading, then content in
or
- for lists.
We need to preserve lists: many duties are listed with bullet-like lines starting with verbs. We should convert to
- . We need to avoid duplicating content. Let's extract content. Position Summary: "The Staff Attorney, Victim Services provides direct legal services to and engages in advocacy on behalf older victims in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and/or Montgomery Counties. Founded in 1978, SeniorLAW Center is a dynamic nonprofit public interest legal services organization whose mission is to seek justice for older people by using the power of the law, educating the community, and advocating on local, state, and national levels. We are the only non-profit agency in Pennsylvania wholly dedicated to providing legal assistance to older persons and protecting their legal rights, and one of few in the nation. SeniorLAW Center prioritizes services to older people who are low-income, cultural, and racial minorities, the disabled, victims of crime and family violence, and those facing other vulnerabilities and challenges. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. We need to remove the "Other Duties" note? It's boilerplate? It's a generic disclaimer; maybe we should remove as it's not substantive? It's a statement about job description not comprehensive; could be considered boilerplate. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." This is not exactly those categories, but it's a generic disclaimer; maybe we can keep? It's not substantive detail about duties; it's a disclaimer. I'd lean to remove it as it's not specific duty. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; this is not substantive duty. So we can omit. Now Required Education and Experience: - Juris Doctor - Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing - Minimum two (2) years of civil litigation experience, including substantial time in the courtroom.
