The successful candidate will be part of a full-service law firm with over 1,250 attorneys and 2,000+ team members, known for its collaborative approach and advanced technological resources.

Responsibilities

- Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions - Assisting in the management of complex discovery in large cases - Preparing for and participating in depositions and court appearances (preferred federal court experience)

- At least 5-8 years of litigation experience - Excellent academic and professional credentials - Superior research and writing ability - Strong analytical skills - Excellent communication skills
