Staff Attorney II – Sr Counsel (multi-level)

About the Role

Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries, ensuring their effective operation in accordance with federal, state, local, and/or international laws.

Responsibilities

• Provides legal counsel to the corporation and its subsidiaries.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Participates in litigation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar or equivalent in jurisdiction outside the U.S.
• Four (4) years of experience and demonstrated competency in relevant area of law specialization.

• Strong negotiation, human relations, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial transactional experience handling complex commercial transactions domestically and globally.
• Client communication and good problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence is considered a plus.

Pay ranges vary by location:

• Memphis, TN: Staff Attorney II - $8,452.14/mo - $14,368.63/mo | Sr. Counsel - $13,169.66/mo - $23,046.90/mo
• Plano, TX: Staff Attorney II - $8,896.99/mo - $15,124.88/mo | Sr. Counsel - $13,862.80/mo - $24,259.90/mo
• Pittsburgh, PA: Staff Attorney II - $8,896.99/mo - $15,124.88/mo | Sr. Counsel - $13,862.80/mo - $24,259.90/mo

Schedule

This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, and Plano, TX. Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of their respective location. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
