NJP secures justice for people in or near poverty through high-quality legal advocacy that promotes the long-term well-being of low-income individuals, families, and communities via legal representation, community partnerships, education, and other advocacy.

About the role

NJP seeks a qualified attorney for its Foreclosure Prevention Unit (FPU). FPU attorneys work in collaboration with the statewide network of foreclosure defense advocates to address the legal needs of homeowners to mitigate or prevent home foreclosure throughout Washington State. This is a regular, full-time position with a statewide unit. The physical office assignment is flexible but may depend on available space. A hybrid work schedule is possible if requirements of NJP's telecommuting policy are met.

Pay

Starting salary is based upon years of experience, with an annual salary range of $86,723 to $152,267. NJP offers additional compensation for those who are regularly asked to use a language other than English in their work.
