Staff Attorney - Employment

About the role

The Staff Attorney at Life.Church is responsible for providing legal counsel and support to various departments within the organization. This role requires strong legal knowledge and experience in employment law.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on employment-related matters
• Review and draft contracts, policies, and agreements
• Represent the organization in legal disputes and negotiations
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
• Train and mentor other members of the legal team

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Oklahoma
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 annually.
