About the role
STAFF ATTORNEY NY based law firm is seeking to hire a full-time Staff Attorney.
Responsibilities
- Practice Immigration law and represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review.
- Represent clients in the Family Court.
- Conduct litigation, file motions, present oral arguments, and appellate work.
Requirements
- Eligible candidates must have a minimum of a Master of Laws or JD, or U.S. foreign equivalent.
- Must be admitted to the New York State bar.
Qualifications
- Report to Principal Attorney and maintain client files.
- Work on firm-defined case management database.
- Able to research using Lexis Nexis.
Schedule
Full-time 40 hours per week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
