Staff Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
• Prepare and argue dispositive motions.
• Aid in managing complex discovery in large-scale litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and litigation teams throughout all phases of the litigation process.
• Support case management from inception through resolution.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex litigation matters and managing discovery processes.
• Federal court experience preferred.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic and professional credentials.
