Staff Attorney

About the role

Holland & Knight is seeking a Staff Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in litigation, including drafting motions and negotiating settlements, within the consumer finance area. Prior experience representing banks, lenders, credit card issuers, and loan servicing companies is preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and the ability to appropriately prioritize matters are essential. The successful candidate will join a team that values high performance, mutual respect, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of transferable experience
• Superb attention to detail, along with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research skills
• Must reside and be barred in a jurisdiction where we currently have a U.S. office location

Schedule

Work in the office at least three business days per week.
