Staff Attorney

About the Role

Boies Schiller Flexner LLP is seeking a staff attorney to assist the anti-counterfeiting team. This position can be based out of our New York City office.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation and advice to clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Provide legal opinions on issues related to client matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications

• JD Required
• Bar admission required in New York City
• Experience with litigation in federal court is a plus
• Prior experience in Anti-Counterfeiting or Intellectual Property is a plus

Candidates should be flexible to work frequent overtime and occasional weekends, and have the ability to attend trials.
