Staff Associate (Part Time)

Our Mission: Care. Comfort. Plan. Levitt- Weinstein Memorial Chapel is looking for a Staff Associate to join our team in Miami, FL where we offer a passionate and purpose-filled work environment. Our Staff Associates are responsible for assisting funeral directors with events, helping to maintain the facility appearance, and providing information in a compassionate and professional manner to our client families. Your work is the foundation of our ability to supply a source of support, guidance, and direction to client families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one. We provide our staff with strong local, regional, and home-office support so that they focus on what matters: serving our client families. Responsibilities Collaborate with funeral directors with events held on-site, including services and arrangement conferencesEstablish and maintain strong business relationships with familiesAlways maintain reverence and respect for the deceasedAssist in preparing the memorial area for the family before the services startEnsure that flowers and other memorabilia are returned to the family after servicesAnswer customer inquiries professionally, either by phone or in person Qualifications 1 year of experience in customer service preferredExperience handling difficult situation Levitt- Weinstein Memorial Chapel is part of the NorthStar Memorial Group family of properties.
