Staff Associate - Georgia Region

Job Summary

The job involves working nights and weekends and will require serving on a camp assignment at one of our YL properties for 3-4 weeks in the summer. It is a 3-year commitment to be trained to become an Area Director or for another fitting role within Young Life.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Experience in direct ministry

Working Conditions

Includes the extremes of a camp including: heat/cold, dirt, long hours and the physical demands of hiking, horseback riding, boating and more. Staff person must be able to handle these conditions.
