This job is a member of the Airport Hubs & Gateway Team within the Customer Experience Division.
- Handle one or more of the following as their primary role:
- Audit and ensure compliance of ticket and voucher issuance
- Vendor management
- Order supplies and manage inventory
- Review and process invoices and research variances
- Reconcile fuel distribution
What You'll Do
- Work directly with Compliance Coordinators to ensure DFW is adhering to Company policies and procedures
- Provides assistance with preparation of management presentations and special projects as required
- Troubleshoots and escalates office technology issues, including telephone and copier machines
- Work with various vendors and stakeholders to manage supplies and services requests
- Track and reconcile fuel usage and billing for DFW
Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off as needed
- Must be able to work under pressure, including multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines
- Be able to lift 50 lbs. and walk for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job Experience: Proficient in key applications such as Coupa, Workbrain, Tableau, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of the ICM (Internal Controls Manual)
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Knowledge of MS Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and corporate structure
- Ability to prioritize work, be detail-oriented and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to be self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to grasp concepts and functionality of specific software and programs
- Effective communication both verbally and written with all levels within the Organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Approachable and professional demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work varied hours and holidays (as business needs may vary)
- Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable)
- Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
