About the role
This job is a member of the Airport Stations Team within the Customer Experience Division. You’ll perform a wide variety of office duties, supporting both daily operations and special projects to keep our airport stations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, typing, filing, telephone coverage, customer greetings, mail handling, and office supply orders.
- Assist with preparation of management presentations and special projects.
- Administer, review, and monitor local invoices through InvoiceWorks and disseminate as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and escalate office technology issues, including telephone and copier machines.
- Track and ensure employees complete onboarding duties (system access, lockers, mailboxes, uniforms, badges, fingerprinting, training, etc.).
- Assist in station event planning, coordination, and execution (e.g., Do Crew, luncheons, holiday meals, recognition events).
- Handle payroll processing in Workbrain for management and support staff.
- Process bereavement letters and coordinate local communications and responses.
- Manage employee parking, including permitting and assignments.
- Assist with timekeeping functions, data entry, verification, reconciliations, and filing.
- Maintain employee files and station meeting plans, including monthly emergency response.
- Access and manage periodic reports (performance, audit, expense, employee engagement, recognition, etc.).
- Update required manuals and maintain all security-related items.
- Act as backup for various payroll functions.
- Manage records for OSHA, safety, etc. (301’s, weekly, and annual).
- Assist with budget preparation, reconciliation, and monthly closeout of landing fees.
- Support auditing activities as required.
- Track and verify incentive funds earned.
- Liaise with CRE/Facilities and vendors to track local projects.
- Lead/direct work with other support staff as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous office/clerical experience.
Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Understanding of policies, procedures, and corporate structure.
- Ability to prioritize work, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to grasp concepts and functionality of specific software and programs.
- Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $35,000 to $50,000, taking into account the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
