Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors seeking services through the Academic Achievement Center on the Framingham Campus;
- Utilize and maintain the Academic Achievement Center scheduling system (TracCloud), including appointment scheduling, student record synchronization, and data management;
- Aid in the hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and recordkeeping of Peer Tutors and other student employees;
- Maintain tutoring records, training documentation, and other program data; assist with end-of-semester reports and service usage statistics;
- Cookordination and proctoring of placement testing, make-up exams, challenge exams, and other college-related testing in accordance with established policies and procedures;
- Maintain testing certifications as required and ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all testing materials and student records;
- Prepare testing materials, troubleshoot testing issues, maintain testing supplies, and ensure appropriate testing conditions;
- Process testing records, synchronize test results with college systems, and maintain testing databases;
- Assist with printing, scanning, filing, and distribution of testing and office materials;
- Provide reception and general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, greeting visitors, and directing students to appropriate resources;
- Aid in Academic Achievement Center events, workshops, outreach activities, and other student success initiatives;
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems and coordinate maintenance of office equipment;
- Report violations of college policies or the Student Code of Conduct to the appropriate supervisor;
- Serve on College committees and participate in professional development and required trainings as assigned;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other similar programs;
- Equipment experience and skill usage in computers, printers and copiers;
- Ability to give written and oral communication instructions;
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
