Staff Analyst Series
About the role
MTA New York City Transit’s Access-A-Ride (AAR) paratransit service provides shared-ride transportation for persons who are unable to use the fixed route system of public buses and subways for some or all their trips due to their disability. Responsibilities include assisting contract managers in bill preparation/payment, analyzing and monitoring reports for vendor performance, supporting vendor site visits, meetings, FOIL requests research, customer complaints monitoring, record retention, and other ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the development of bill preparation/payment according to NYCT contractual agreements.
- Analyze and monitor reports for vendor performance.
- Support Contract Management Unit in vendor site visits, meetings, FOIL requests research, customer complaints monitoring, record retention, and other ad hoc projects.
- Process Taxi Reimbursement requests within Paratransit guidelines (if required).
Requirements
The candidates may also be required to process Taxi Reimbursement requests within Paratransit guidelines.

Pay
Compensation ranges from $71,203 - $84,295 for Staff Analyst I (Rep), $82,673 - $92,077 for Staff Analyst II (Rep), and $93,453 - $121,004 for Assoc Staff Analyst (Rep).
