Responsibilities

  • Use dashboards, reports, & real-time Smart Alerts to connect campaigns, conversations, and revenue performance.
  • Integrate data and insights across CRM, CCaaS, and marketing apps.
  • Activate AI call data across hundreds of platforms.
  • Connect every media dollar to revenue.
  • Orchestrate the right experience for every lead.
  • Maximize agent productivity and performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience with predictive, generative, and agentic AI.
  • Strong understanding of digital, conversation, and transaction data.
  • Knowledge of AI governance and risk management.
  • Experience with CRM, CCaaS, and marketing applications.
  • Ability to work with real-time data and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Schedule

Full-time position available.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
