Staff AI Data Platform Engineer

About the role

Ridgeline is building the connective tissue that will power the next generation of its data and AI strategy. This role involves hands-on engineering with real, visible business impact.

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of senior-level engineering experience, owning problems end-to-end.
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems, with a deep understanding of security considerations in API integrations.
• Real AI fluency, using AI-assisted coding tools and having a personal AI journey.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and data lineage, access control, and data quality practices.
• A collaborative, no-ego approach, focusing on technical excellence and teamwork.

The Team You're Joining

You'll work in a close-knit, high-performing team of three dedicated engineers, alongside security, platform, and Leveraged Engineering teams. You'll have autonomy to build creative, modern solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Typical starting salary range: $138,500 - $173,000.
• Company Stock Plan participation.
