Staff Accountant – Full Time

About the role

Join our team as a Staff Accountant, focusing on daily accounting operations, financial integrity, and month-end close processes. This role supports the Controller with accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation in accordance with GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations, including revenue reconciliations and cash receipts.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and conduct account analysis.
• Support month-end close activities and remote bank deposits.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with GAAP.
• Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum one year of accounting experience.
• Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in Excel and other Windows-based software.
• Proficiency in Sage MIP Accounting and Altru software preferred.

Skills

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Pay

$60,000 per year.
