Staff Accountant – Full Time

Summary Function as Staff Accountant with responsibilities focused on daily accounting operations, revenue reconciliations, monthly journal entries, account analysis, cash receipts, month-end close support, and remote bank deposits. This position supports the Controller with financial reporting, reconciliations, audit preparation, and maintaining accurate accounting records in accordance with GAAP. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting and minimum one year of accounting experience required. Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in Excel and other Windows-based software required. Proficiency in Sage MIP Accounting and Altru software preferred. Must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills and be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
