About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong accounting foundation who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering closely with different areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Assist with inventory-related accounting and reconciliations
• Analyze financial data, variances, and key business trends
• Publish with operations and other departments to support accurate financial reporting and business decisions
• Aid with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis
• Support process improvements and help identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes
• Assist with ERP and system-related projects as needed
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to accounting and operational leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and debits/credits
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• ERP experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Manufacturing, inventory, operations, or cost accounting experience is a plus, but not required
