Staff Accountant/Bookkeeping

We are a tech-savvy, modern accounting firm seeking a power performer to join our team. Our goal is to provide clients with proactive support that makes a significant impact on their professional and personal lives.

Responsibilities

• Write ups, sales tax, depreciation schedules, payroll and payroll tax for our monthly/quarterly bookkeeping clients.
• Answering basic tax notices and corresponding with government agencies.
• Setting up new corporations.
• Aid in tax planning.
• Inputting business returns into tax software.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Attention to detail.
• Exceptional time management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks® Online, QuickBooks® Pro Advisor, Creative Solutions Accounting CS and UltraTax software.
• Onvio experience is a plus!
• Dedicated to excellent client service and providing a rich, seamless client experience.
• Ability to learn and implement new technology.
• At least 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Desire to keep growing and learning.
