Essential Functions
- Record journal entries.
- Perform assigned account reconciliations and other monthly closings procedures including clearing internal company transactions.
- Assist Corps Officers and/or Department Heads in all finance matters as needed.
- Setup and maintain customers and vendors.
- Work directly with department heads and funding agencies in relation to billing revenue and collecting receivables on a timely basis.
- Aid accounting manager and controller with internal & external audits schedules and other requests as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
- Ensure internal controls are in place and maintained.

Skills/Technical Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a year equivalent work experience in related field.
- Proficient in Excel and other office applications.
- Valid Hawaii driver’s license.
