About the role
We are searching for a Staff Accountant to handle general accounting and financial activities at our firm.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals, and logs
- Follow our company's established accounting processes
- Perform monthly reconciliations and balance general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting OR 2+ years experience in accounting or related field
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish assigned objectives
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational & analytical skills
