Animal Care

• Provide excellent care for our barn animals, including feeding, watering, and maintaining clean, safe spaces.
• Monitor the physical fitness and health of barn animals, reporting any concerns promptly to management.
• Perform daily, detailed inspections of animals for soundness and appearance.

Show Prep

• Work confidently around animals of all sizes and assist in preparing them for showtime.

Qualification Requirements

• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Education: High school diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Previous experience working with animals is preferred, but we will train the right, motivated person.

Physical Demands

• Activity: Continuous standing & walking on level ground as well as up and down steps/ladders.
• Movement: Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
• Strength: Frequent lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing of barn equipment/tools.
• Equipment: Occasional operation of a tractor.
