About the role

A Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.

Responsibilities

• Administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
• Performs tasks in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.
• Works under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing care administration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
