• A minimum six-month consecutive commitment
• 3–4 hours weekly
• Consistent attendance
• 18 years of age and up
• Work alone and independently
• Good communication and listening skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Physical mobility (walking, bending, standing)
• Adequate hearing and vision
• Sensitive to patient and family situations
