HOSPITAL AUXILIARY VOLUNTEER
About the role
The Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary seeks dedicated individuals who wish to contribute their time and talents to enhance patient care and support the hospital's growth and expansion through various service initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the Information Desk at the hospital
- Volunteer in the Same-Day Surgery Waiting Room
- Support Special Events hosted by the hospital
- Participate in Community Education Programs
- Help with Purchasing and Fundraising Activities
- Contribute to the Jewelry Sales and Bake Sales
- Engage in Quilting and Raffle Activities
- Volunteer during Christmas Noel Table and other events
- Support Health Fairs and Screenings
- Offer Health Related College Scholarship Support
Requirements
Volunteers must be willing to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per year and attend training sessions provided by the Auxiliary.
Qualifications
Members of the Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary come from diverse backgrounds, including different ages, genders, occupations, and experiences, united by a common goal of serving the community.
Skills
Volunteers are expected to possess a range of skills, including communication, organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in teams.

Schedule
