St. Charles Licensed Esthetician
The Only Facial needs several “other people first” Estheticians to join our team in St. Charles, MO. This is an on-site, non-exempt position with part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities
- Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
- Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
Requirements
- Licensed Esthetician (required)
- Ability to connect immediately with others
- Passion for skincare and continued learning
- Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply—training provided!
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed

Pay
$27+ per hour (hourly base + commission position where you can earn a solid income).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions available, including a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
