SRV6/CrossWorks Lead Engineer

About the role

Responsible for delivering high-quality IT solutions to federal civilian, DoW, SLED, commercial, and healthcare clients. This role involves networking, collaboration & workspace innovations, cybersecurity, data center & cloud management, AI & data analytics, and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies that meet client needs and align with organizational goals.
• Manage projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, helping them leverage technology effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and customer success to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar.

Qualifications

• CISSP certification preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure management.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies.
