About the Role

The Senior Relationship Manager will oversee highly complex client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, prompt response to client needs, efficient problem resolution, contract and operational compliance, and risk mitigation. This role involves proactively identifying growth opportunities to help clients achieve their goals, managing large relationships spanning multiple products/services, and leveraging deep expertise in products like ETFs, SMAs, mutual funds, and alternatives.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively consult on large, highly complex client relationships to ensure continued satisfaction, retention, and fulfillment of client needs.
  • Advise clients on best practices, organizational solutions, and regulatory changes.
  • Promote firm services and offerings to assigned clients based on their objectives to increase client revenue and impact business unit or regional financial performance.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities for products and services spanning multiple segments/channels.
  • Structure deals in the best interests of both the client and the firm.
  • Directly manage highly complex client projects and oversee the successful execution of client initiatives.
  • Track and report on client metrics, including developing appropriate metrics for evaluation.
  • Develop and execute client service strategies to ensure successful relationship performance, including asset and client retention.
  • Serve as an expert on best practices, new regulatory requirements, industry trends, and competitor services/offerings within the client service function.
  • Contribute to recommendations on integrating developments into process or policy changes.
  • Partner with internal groups (marketing, compliance, legal, products, etc.) for complex onboarding due diligence efforts for custom solutions.
  • Support sales efforts and lead prospect final meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of total relevant work experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent).
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to meet with clients.
  • CFA or CAIA designation preferred.

Pay

The expected base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is $185,000 to $210,000 per year. The total compensation package may also include a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (e.g., 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave).

Base pay may vary depending on market location, corporate and functional title, job-related knowledge, advanced degrees, skills, and experience. Details of participation in benefit plans will be provided upon offer.
