SRE Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust automation solutions to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
• Utilize AWS services to build scalable and secure automation frameworks that meet business requirements.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Monitor and analyze system performance using Datadog to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful implementation of automation projects.
• Conduct regular assessments of existing systems to identify potential automation enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation processes and methodologies.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance automation capabilities.

Requirements

• Expertise in AWS, SRE, and Datadog.
• A background in the automotive industry is a plus.
• 13 to 18 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
• Knowledge of AWS services and SRE principles.
• Experience with Datadog monitoring tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Datadog Certified Monitoring Professional.
