SRE II / Infrastructure Support Engineer

About the role

Midrange Storage and Data protection infrastructure support engineer to manage the prechecks, deployment of vendor‑provided micro‑code and post‑change validation including change management. Partnering with automation teams to move the manual steps into an automation package to drive towards Project Helm requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in storage support
• Experience with NetApp, NAS/SAN Dell PowerMax, and SAN fabric products and technologies
• Experience with automation tools and scripting (Terraform, Python)

Location & Work Arrangement

Charlotte, NC | Plano, TX | Jersey City, NJ – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Contract Details

• 12+ month contract
• Pay: $55 per hour
